SHIPPING – DOMESTIC

Shipping within the United States is on us!  This includes Hawaii and Alaska.  All orders are shipped the following business day via USPS Priority Mail and delivered within 1-3 business days.

Please make sure the address entered at checkout is correct and that packages can be received. HĒDO is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery. If the item is not delivered on time or lost in transit, just let us know and we’ll track it down with the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is on us as well! Please note, orders may be subject to duties and taxes incurred by the importing country and it is up to the customer to pay these fees.  Should the customer refuse, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded in full.  To learn more about your country’s taxation rates please contact your local customs office.

Please make sure the address given a the time of purchase is one at which packages may be received in person. Some countries may return the package if an individual is not present to sign to accept delivery. If the package is returned to HĒDO the order will be refunded in full.
