Try our kit for 30 days from the moment you have received it and if it’s not feeling right, send it back. Each order comes with a pre-paid return label, simply use this label to ship them back for a full refund or exchange for a different size. If you’re exchanging your kit that have been ridden in, please note that the Joy Guaranteedapplies to 1 replacement kit per purchase. If the second pair doesn’t work out, they must be in new/unworn condition with original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
With proper care, our jerseys and bibs can hold up to the most intensive experiences. On the off chance that you notice a manufacturer’s defect in your bibs or jersey within 3 months of purchase, send them back for exchange. Please be sure to email us first, so we could issue an RA number. Please include your order number and RA number in the box. We recommend insuring and tracking the package as HĒDO is not responsible for lost merchandise. HĒDO will cover the cost to ship you your new items.
